COORDINATION
The Wedding Day Coordination package is for DIY folks who want to build their day from the ground up, doing work with vendors, contract negotiation, and budget management. We'll have a meeting a few months before your wedding to find out about your vision, gather all vendor information, and start your wedding day itinerary. About one month before your wedding we'll meet again and finalize schedules, guest lists, and arrangements. We'll go over your wishes and worries and prepare for a smooth, enjoyable day. At your rehearsal, and on your wedding day you'll get to enjoy all of your hard work without having to think twice about the scheduling or logistics.

The Partial Wedding Planning Package is for those who want to take care of the bigger planning items, but need somewhere to start. I'll be there as a guide through the entire process as you meet with suggested vendors, want to bounce color schemes/themes off someone, and/or need design ideas. I'll walk you through a budget template created with your vision in mind. I'll check in with you regularly to make sure that everything is taken care of with regard to timeline, and then once your big day is here, the package includes all Wedding Day Coordination services as well.

The Full Service Wedding Planning package is for those who want to enjoy cake tastings, menu sampling, and making the final calls on color schemes and room design without worrying about all the behind-the-scene logistics. If you don't have the time, or the desire to make phone calls, negotiate prices, or manage the budget, the full service package is the way to go. We will work with you throughout the entire process as we present you with options that you can celebrate or veto. When it's time to walk down the aisle, we'll be there. All services from the Wedding Day Coordination package are included.
